I consider very important to define the potential impact assessment in EIA. I need to define some postulated accidents related to the respective human activities to implement the mitigation practices and to know if the risk is socially accepted (ALARP principle, As Low As Reasonably Practicable, or ALARA principle, As Low As Reasonably Available principle).
