  1. Very impressed with the course so far.
    However, I have spotted one small inconsistency: Question 4 asks who should carry the cost of EIA, but that is not mentioned anywhere so far in Section 3.

  3. Gonzo, you make a good point. However, I guess it would depend upon how you define involvement. Being consulted is very different from promoting a project or approving a project.

  4. Why should the responsibility and cost related to undertaking public consultation and involvement in EIA be left to the developers alone? Could this show commitment on the developers side or the public being manipulated/corrupted by the developer especially through Corporate Social Responsibility?!
