As my experience the course is designed in general. The course should be designed as per the nature of the project and EIA reports. The course should be designed SEA level for policy, Second for EIA legislation and Third Impact level considering Physical, biological and Socioeconomic. Similarly the review should also be desigend stage wise. It may be after review of EIA, Before and after implementation.
